Being a born and bred Houstonian, I know all about heat and humidity. If there is one thing Houstonians can attest to, it is that Southern Gulf weather is at once a blessing and a curse. When the weather is nice, it is VERY nice. But then there are the other 360 days of the year.

Cherry body yogurt

Despite water-logged air that keeps my hair frizzy and my upper lip wet, I still end up with dry skin. Arms, elbows, knees and heels will always start to peel no matter what. I always hated applying lotion in hot weather. The same buttery, moisturizing goodness in cold weather always feels like too much when sitting under a beach umbrella or doing warm weather yardwork.  And then, I discovered body yogurts.

A body yogurt (for those of you who have not experienced the pleasure), is an incredibly light, smooth and creamy lotion that - you guessed it - looks and often smells like the yogurt you eat. Note: Please don't eat our body yogurts. They are not meant to be ingested. Duh.

We have recently introduced a new line of body yogurts that sun-loving Barksters will absolutely adore. Our first four "flavors" - Cherry, Pineapple, Mango -Papaya and Lemon are the perfect warm weather substitute for your usual, thick body butter.

We included Daikon radish seed extract, shea butter, essential oils as well as a touch of silicone to give it a bit of glide. I am 100% certain you're gonna love these new additions.

We will probably add more body yogurt scents in the upcoming months. If you've got a suggestion for a new body yogurt to add to the lineup, drop me a line in the comments below or get in touch via Instagram or Facebook.
